Made using the full traditional Champagne method using a blend of our bittersweet cider apples. Rich fruity palate of spice, an almost savoury note from the yeast and with a hint of toffee apple.
Mouthfilling fizz, yet balanced and clean to the finish. Aged for over 5 years on lees before disgorging.
