The first Pear Ice Wine to be made in commercially anywhere else in the world! Using the same principles of production as the Blenheim Superb, we used Conference and Comice pears to give a rich, sweet juice. The resulting pear wine has a sweet, rich palate with hints of apricot, quince and melon, perfect as an aperitif, or with blue cheese, christmas pudding or even chocolate.
