Our perries are named after areas of ancient woodland found in our Parish boundaries.
Very pale straw colour, with pear skin aromas, & a hint of lemon. Palate has zingy grapefruit, complex, earthy palate leading to a long soft finish.
Will accompany creamy, cheesy dishes - fantastic with risotto!

A unique product for the UK, taking the principles of ice-wine production and applying them to apples! Blenheim Orange and Laxtons Superb apples were chosen for their delicate flavour and balance. The juice was frozen and allowed to thaw yielding a terrifically sweet concentrated juice. With spiced apple, orange, apricot and honey on the nose and palate this special cider is perfect partnered with fruity desserts, or with good strong hard cheeses.

A unique product, not made commercially anywhere else in the world!
Using the same principles of production as the Blenheim Superb, we used Conference and Comice pears to give a rich juice. The resulting pear wine has a sweet, rich palate with hints of apricot, quince and melon, perfect as an aperitif, or with blue cheese, christmas pudding or even chocolate.

Made with Blakeney Red perry pears using the traditional Champagne method whereby secondary fermentation takes place in-bottle, and the yeast removed by disgorging.
Being used for lots of local weddings now!
With over 12 months maturation in bottle, this brut style perry has fizz, elegance and finesse in abundance! Enjoy as a celebration drink, or to accompany soft cheese, olives, or prosciutto.

Our draught, still cider is clear & golden in colour, medium in style and made from a blend of cider varieties, (Somerset Redstreak, Dabinett, Ellis Bitter & Browns Apple). Aromas of blackberry leaf, melon and pineapple following onto the palate with rich, mouth-filling apple, a hint of tropical fruits and a full body. Plentiful soft tannins and a gentle sweetness to the finish. An unusual and distinctive cider.
Bag in Box will last for at least 3 months once opened.
