Delivery

Our couriers deliver Monday - Friday.  We can arrange a Saturday delivery at extra cost, please contact us for rates on 01531 670263.   Please allow 10 days for delivery once your payment has been received.  In the event that an item is out of stock, and cannot be delivered within that timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation.

Post and Packing

We charge £9.95 per case of 12 bottles or part thereof.  Additional cases to the same address, ordered at the same time are charged at £5.50 per 12 bottle case or part thereof.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported by phone on receipt.

Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Once Upon A Tree Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product until your payment is banked.  Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Once Upon A Tree irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
